The primary objectives of HOUSEFED are to:

• Finance and promote affiliated Primary Housing Co-operative Societies and its members by providing housing loans.
• Provide housing loans to individual members of the Federation.
• Accquire and develop land for the expansion of housing programmes and for construction of residential/ commercial flats in the cooperative sector.
